Single Origin Pure Green Teas

Immediately after being harvested the young shoots are steamed at an intense heat in big woks or in ovens. Oxidisation is stopped. The leaves are then rolled and dried. A rich green colour with fresh, vibrant vegetal and sometimes marine, slightly iodised notes.
