Lulled by the trade winds, 400m above sea level and cultivated on the green slopes of Mauna Loa Volcano, (the « Long Mountain » in Hawaiian), these rare coffee trees, planted in 1825, produce a small but exceptional yield. Chocolate notes are enhanced by liquorice and blackcurrant.
